Hello, I am using a directory listing plugin http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/. It basically just creates special wp post types to create listing entries, nothing fancy there. It uses the post category to assign multiple "listing categories", again nothing fancy… (Budget: $750-$1500 USD, Jobs: AJAX, PHP, WordPress)
